Gueuze Loerik

The Loerik is a Gueuze, the fruit of a blend of three Lambics of different ages. For some mysterious reason, the fermentation is much slower than that of a typical Gueuze, hence the name Loerik, which means "lazy" in Brussels’ dialect.
