Guided tours in English every hour as from 7.00.

Admission fee : 12.00 € p.p. (including guided tour and one drink of your choice)
Croissants and coffee are offered until 8.30.

• 7:00 - 9:00 : Brewing process
• 9:00- 1:00 : Filtration and hopping
• 12:00 - 15:00 : Cooking of the wort
• Around 15:30 : Pumping of wort into the coolship
• 7:00 - 12:00 Barrel cleaning “ancient method”
